To obtain a Good Standing Certificate, you must submit: 

  •   application form No. 1
  • copies  of documents  translated and legalized by the International Relations Department of the Ukrainian Council of Nurses and Midwives
  • two 3×4 photos

The registration process takes from 10 to 30 days
