Understanding the result
A matching record displays information held in the council register. A successful search does not by itself establish current permission to practise: review the status field and the receiving organisation’s requirements.
If no match is found
Check the number and the spelling of both names. A missing match is not a finding that a document is fraudulent. Contact the council for clarification.
