United Kingdom
The NMC provides a route for nurses and midwives trained outside the UK. Check your personalised document checklist, English language requirements and whether the Test of Competence applies.
English language
The NMC accepts IELTS Academic and OET as English language tests. Check score and validity requirements directly with the NMC; one regulator’s rules do not automatically apply in other countries.
