NCLEX registration sequence
- Apply to the relevant nursing regulatory body.
- Register for the NCLEX with Pearson and pay the fee.
- Receive your Authorization to Test (ATT) after eligibility is confirmed.
- Schedule the examination within your ATT validity period.

Check the state’s requirements for education evaluation, English proficiency and other evidence. Visa and immigration matters are separate from professional licensure.
